What makes a strong pitch

Send a short description of the subject, the central question and what a reader will understand or notice by the end. Explain why the angle fits western landscapes and how you will distinguish direct observation from interpretation. A focused proposal about one feature is usually easier to assess than a broad survey.

What to leave out

We are not looking for unsupported claims, promotional copy, or instructions that require professional assessment or local rules checking. Do not send confidential information or material you do not have permission to share. A proposal should not assume that an unverified mark reveals a particular history or cause.
